SEs vs. PEs

There has been a constant barrier between the SEs and PEs in the office and today it has taken its toll to great lengths! SEs think they r mighty superior just because they get paid slightly higher than the PEs and so the job description varies with the different SEs…

And today one particular SE has just got into my nerves…I mean, here we are trying to work within the deadline (mind u which is this coming Monday) and this missy is doing her sheriff rounds (meaning going from table to table chit chatting)…when she has work to do…oh common!!

Currently the product is in my workflow state and if she does not complete her bit quickly (Para checking that is!), I can’t proceed with mine…(kicking my chair as of now)…where the hell is your priorities missy??????? This is annoyance in many degrees…I have been ultimately patient for sometime now (those who know me, know this is hard to come by) and my next resort to confronting the problem was to write an email to my team leader, explaining the situation! I just spoke to her and she said she will deal with this missy’s team leader…could I have taken matters into my own hands? Hell yeah…but I have to respect my teammates and other issues that everyone else is handling….

So it’s do or die now…. u better buck up missy…or else…
